03 Gluing & lay-up
Core veneers are glued and assembled in cross-grain layers.
04 Cold press
Panel stacks are pre-pressed before hot pressing.
05 Hot press
Heat and pressure cure the glue line.
06 Surfacing putty
Surface defects are repaired before sanding and finishing.
07 Sanding
Panels are calibrated for thickness and surface.
08 Trimming
Sheets are squared to the required dimensions.
09 Surface lamination
Film, veneer or decorative surfaces are applied by order requirement.
10 Routine inspection
Panels are checked for surface, bonding and dimensions.
11 Edge sealing
Edges are sealed or finished according to product use and packing needs.
12 Packing & shipment handoff
Finished panels are packed and prepared for loading coordination.
